Ya'll Are Gonna Laugh Ur A$$ Off At This .....
I HAVE CLEAR SIDE MARKERS, AND ALTHOUGH I HAVE HAD 6 TRUCKS OVER
THE YEARS I HAVE NEVER REMOVED ANY OF THEM, I WAS LOOKING AT EM TODAY AND WAS CURIOUS ON WHICH SIDE WAS UP, I KNOW IT'S FUNNY, BUT I REALLY DON'T KNOW, THEY ARE THE DELUXE KIND W/ CHROME TRIM LIKE ON A CST, IT APPEARS THERE IS ONLY REALLY ONE SMALL AREA OF THE LENS THAT MOST OF THE LIGHT COMES OUT OF, THANKS IN ADVANCE.

I generally mount mine upside down since the black fades on the top...I just flip it to where the faded part is on the bottom.

On the back of the housing I'm pretty sure it's stamped " TOP".

*ouch*
Hope you have red LED taillights under there - if not, if anyone rearends you, you are at fault and pay out the damages. Ther person who hit you can also sue you. Most states have laws stating your brakelights must be clearly visible in red within a certain number of feet. Others just outlaw clear corners and tail lights period. Some states even require that you have an orange reflector in the light housing or somewhere else on the vehicle to be DOT compliant in that area. They look good on the truck though. Only white or silver vehicles can pull off the clear-outs.
