Tie Rod End Torque?

Okay, when I replace the tie rod ends and adjustment sleeves, how tight do I tighten them. Do I tighten as much as possible and put the cotter pin in or is there a specific torque to reach before installing the cotter pins. '69 with '72 suspension. Thanks.

OKay, found it in my Haynes Repair Manual. The Tei-rod stud nut torque is 35 ft-lbs. The clamp bolt torque is 22 ft-lbs.
