If you are talking about the locker for the rear diff, they work great. I have friends that have them with no problems.

I have one of these and would not recommend it for road use. Offroad they are probably fine. I've actually had it unlock under heavy power with a very slight amount of wheel hop. And when I say unlock, I mean free-wheel. Believe me that gets your attention fast.
