Dropping a '99 Tahoe 2 dr?
I've scanned the forum and done some Googling... Belltech and others I've checked for fitment guides tend to leave out the '99 Tahoe out. Is there something oddball about this model year for getting aftermarket parts to lower it? Anyone got advice on parts that will do the truck for me? I'm contemplating 6" or so drop.

XXL,... you might try posting over at www.fullsizechevy.com or www.gmfullsize.com. I know a few members over there have done it. The front should be the same as a '99 obs pickup,...or '98 and older pickup. I'm not sure if the rear is the same as a 4-door 2wd tahoe, or not. The rear flip kit for a truck should work. It's the frame notch that will be different.

Carky, I am in Fergus, where are you?
I have 1980 LOBLAZER on October Truck of the month. Would like a new model 2wd too. Doug |

I'm in Stouffville, just north of Markham. Do you go to the Barrie Flea Market?

Ahhhhhh. Been to the Stouffville Barns many a time! I use to live in Whitby and work in Scarborough.
Yes I go to Barrie quite often. I have a good friend in Barrie off Essa Rd. with a 34 Chev rod. Might be going in June. I have registered my Blazer for the Street Rod Nationals in Barrie this July, trying to get the interior finished. That nailhead must be nice? Take care, Doug |

I just ordered a set of these in 18"... they're made to order so I'm having them cut the valve stems on the back side behind a spoke. Wheee...
