84 LWB driveshaft ?
I just bought a 1984 LWB fleetside truck. It has no engine or tranny, but I have a good engine/tranny out of a 81Z28, plus the engine brackets off of the truck. the truck had a 700r4 and the tranny on the Z28 motor is a TH350. What do I need to do to the tranny xmember, and is there an easy fix for the driveshaft prob?

You should be able to find an extra set of holes (or make some) and move the crossmember to fit. What driveshaft problem are you referring too? The 700 is about the same length as a long tailshaft 350 used quite often in the trucks.

The TH350 from the Camaro is a little shorter than the 700R4, if I'm not mistaken.
