Glove Box Latch ?
Does any one know how to remove the glove box lock on a 73 c10. Matt

if i remember right, there should be a large C clip that holds it on from the back side. pull that off and you should be home free

I just did this yesterday. The hole in the handle does does nothing. With the door open push the latch in like it is closed Now looking at it in the truck (I took my box out) at the 5 oclock position There is a slot. Now while holding the latch closed turn the handle conterclockwise you will see a tab in the slot push it in with a paperclip while pulling on the handle. Another tab will show in the slot push it in while pulling out the handle. Take a large allen wrench and unscrew the outside. I used a large rubber handle to unscrew mine. Good luck
