thats all u need is the spindles, rotors and calipers off of a 71-72 .you will have to switch to 5 lug though,so u will need the rear axles to match, brake lines on the front as well,i am pretty sure this is all u need...i could be leaving something out...mike

the 72 axles are longer and will not work in you 68 housing. You could get the rear axles from the 68 re-drilled for the 5 lug pattern.

Find someone that has a 71-72 that they are parting out. That is the best way to go. I got a 72 donor truck all it cost me was the tow bill. I pulled off both upper and lower a arms, spindles, calipers (for the core charge, you might as well replace them there cheap), rotors (if they are anygood), and rear axle. Replace your upper and lower ball joints while you have it apart (cheap insurance). Everyone talks about pulling the front crossmember and swapping from one to the other but I had a lot of trouble trying to get the frame to crossmember bolts off and that is with no engine in place.

One more thing try and save one of your rear U bolts and have new ones made. Chances are your going to have to cut them off anyway. I broke a craftsman 1 1/8 socket just trying to loosen them.
