Air ride guys , how big are your cups?

I am in the process of building lower cups for my bags in the front, how tall of a cup do you guys use, I've heard some people dont run any , but Id feel better knowing I had less of a chance of NOT rubbing thru a bag. any help or pics would be great! oh and its an 82 front end with a 1.5 drop member in a 64 short step.
