Rocker & Floor Fitment

Alright, I've got my cab all riped apart replacing drivers side floor, rockers both sides, and cab corners both sides. My question: I bought OE style floor and rockers. I was wondering if anyone had a picture of the floor and the rocker fitment next to the kick panel, possibly from the under side? Sorry for being so specific but this ones got me stumped.

I'm still in the market for rear floor paches if anyone has them.
Later,
Paul

K I'm not sure is this is what you want, but here are some pics.
The first one shows how the panels sandwich together.I labelled one the floor, but technically it is the inner rocker. The second pic shows the kickpanel flange in the circled area (don't mind the little circle). The third one shows how the inner rocker is attached to the outer rocker and also how it is sandwiched in behind the cab support. So from the outside you have the Apillar, kickpanel, inner rocker, and cab support all sandwiched together in that order and held together with the four bolts.

Many thanks, exactly what I needed, sorry for be unclear.

Sure I'll post some pics. I finished the drivers side today, all but the rear floor patch. I also PORed the back half of the frame today too. Word of caution don't get that stuff on your skin it's like concrete.
Later,
Paul

The drivers side front floor panel was a bit of a pain. I had to cut it, front to back, and take out about an 1/8" next to the rocker so the lines would match up.

Use the bolt, booth.

Seriously, if you pulled floor from between the bodymount bolt and the hump, use the bolt location to line everything up. In fact, even if you don't remove floor from around the bolt, still drill and ream out the new patch panel floor's recesssed bolt hole to allow it to slip over the bolt head and thereby provide a sure starting point for all the other alignments, front to back or side to side. Cut any unneeded floor patch panel metal after making sure measurements with the bolt hole properly aligned.

BTW, hope you used plenty of seam sealer between the kick panel and floor where they mate underneath. Also just under the rocker's door-rubber mounting lip. Common water gathering spots.

Ya know I tried like a mofo to use the cabmount dimple as a reference point on my floor pan but in my case (definitely not every case but in this case) it just didn't work. This is what I had to do.And booth,I'm gonna have to take a sliver out of mine from front to back too .Fun and games huh?

I don't know,

I used the cab mount as the set point for the patch. Everything lined up great next to the hump. Next to the rocker and up in to the kick panel is where I was havin my troubles. A little snip here and a cut there... bingo, a pain in the butt patch is complete. I have a high hump cab. I think these patches were designed for low hump cabs possibly? I did have to do some reshaping around the hump,to fit the flange for the bolts a little better.

Off to the shop to finish her up.
Later,
Paul
