Is there a problem with the upload function, have uploaded many times before and followed same procedure.

794K is way too large.

Double-click the file to open it in MSPaint. From the File menu, choose "Save as". In the save box, pick "Save as type" and set it to "JPEG". This will covert the image to JPEG, which is much, much smaller in size.

If you need more information about how to resize images in Windows without using any new software, I left a really informative post over here:

You can be a pro in five minutes without installing any additional software

Or you can get Irfanview, a free download, which is easier and faster in my opinion, when working with pics. I use Irfanview a lot, and would not be without it, great little program, and the price is right!

Irfanview....that's what I use too!!! Very good pic re-sizing/tweeking program....and FREE!!!!
