HOLY GRAIL--find it for free BEER!!!!

Aside from rear sholder belts--about the hardest thing to find seems to be the little square instruction sheets glued to the back side of the rear wheel tubs. I've only seen them once on an original Blazer selling on E-Bay. Some one here must have them on their Blazer/Jimmy. Can we get a close up picture and perhaps some copies made so that we can all glue the instructions on ours??????
I've been searching for over a year now with no luck. Perhaps I need to consult the DeVinci paintings for a clue~~~~.

OK I've got a better idea, free beer for the first one who can produce original "copies" we can use!! Now that should "get er done"!
