Logistics HELP needed in OMAHA!

Ok, I've been gone a while-busier than all get out. Just got a phone call today and I am getting a 68 Lwb C-10 from my father in law. 292 big six, 3 on the tree. The truck is on the west side of Omaha, Nebraska. I am in Lexington, KY. Because of his situation, he will not be able to help me much, so I have to do this long distance.

Here is what I need help with:

1) A good, cheap, towing company - phone numbers
2) A good temporary storage facility that I can arrange to have it picked up at. (phone)

3) A home or city dump for a slide in camper (currently still on truck) still good!

4) Suggestions for shipping companies that can ship non running vehicles to Lexington.

It's been sitting for 5 years or better and needs carb work, more than I can handle in a day or two, so flying in and driving home is not an option I guess.
