Value of a longhorn
I have a local guy trying to sell me a truck with a 9ft bed I am assuming a longhorn with 66k 396 non pwr brakes but with pwr steering no air has tilt and tach in it says he has all paperwork from original owner claims he is second owner body is " good for this area " Rockers cab corners and above wheels all the way around mounts are supposedly solid have not seen this truck in 6 or 7 years has been stored inside and started regularly by current owner wants 3k for it how good or bad of a deal is this ?

don't know how much its worth. I know i wouldn't pay that much for it. I don't even like the longhorns. I've got a 72 that i'm going to be swapping frames out of to make it a longbed instead of longhorn.

hummm, low mileage, bbc, tilt, tach, 9ft (btw if its a 9ft bed its a step and not a fleetside longhorn which were 8.5 ft beds) rust free (supposedly) Depending on how it runs, drives, actual condition of body, and interior, I th ink it may be well worth it.

Love all you truck dudes and gals unless this is a want to buy post or for sale post it belongs in the message section where info ?'s are answered
gladly. Not my rules read them and decide for yourself. Besides without PICS or better info no one here could even come close to value. Caveat Emporium
