New Silverado Wheels on a 67-70 Chevy
I know this has been asked before, I've searched and can't find it, but what does it take to get new silverado wheels to fit on a 67-70 Chevy? By the way, I have the 6-lug front disc brake conversion from ECE on my truck.
I was playing around with photoshop tonight and I think I want to put a set of these off of the 2005's on my truck.

Don't know the answer to your question but they don't look bad.

pattern is the same, however, the lug bolt diameter has changed to a larger size.

Lug pattern is the same. Center bore of the hub is smaller on the late model wheels! Also offset has to much backspace to look right,... in my opinion.

I printed myself off a chart from the Summit web-site and the chart shows the old style wheels were 3.500 back spacing and the new ones from 99-up are any where from 4.500 to 5.625 for the 17x8.5 wheels. There is a thread on here some where where a guy didwhat your talking about and only rubbed when he turned the wheel all the way one direction, hope that helps.

I put 96 z71 wheels on my 69 and had to have the center bored and had to use crager ss 3/4 lugs and thicker washers.
