need help with dash

Is there a secret to getting the choke and throttle knobs off so I can remove the dash bezel. I searched and could only find how to remove the light knob and the wiper knob. Any step by step help would be great.
Thanks
Jason

The factory throttle knob has a small set screw like the windshield wiper knob. I believe the choke is the same but I don't have any manual chokes on any of our trucks.
