Ok,

The intake I put in is leaking, I could not get those little rubber gaskets at the fron and back to stay on so I used that tube of gasket maker i that cme with the new gaskets for the front and back.

Of course a guy at work told me Thursday that that sruff would blow out and I would have to do it over. I put the newly gapped spark plugs in and as I was looking around I saw antifreez that had leaked out at the front.

My question is can I just loosen the bolts and squeeze some more gasketmaker in there or do I have to take the whole thing apart?

Whenever I install an intake the first thing I do is take the rubber end gaskets and throw them in the garbage. I put a large bead of rtv silicone front and back. If it is leaking I would go buy a new fel-pro gasket and start over. If it is leaking antifreeze I would check that all the bolts are still tight before I took it apart.

Sorry, but if you want to seal it up you're going to have to start over. I never use those gaskets at the front and rear. Make sure you seal the intake bolts with something, or they'll leak too.

I usually use NevrSeize, but just grease on the threads will work

Also, don't forget to give the gasket maker plenty of time to cure.

Yeah, i agree, start all over, and make sure everything is good and cleaned off. While you have the intake off you could do some porting work if you wanted for some ponies, it's not very hard. Regarding sealing the bolts you can use some type of silicone or teflon tape is another one.

I would also do an oil change with filter as antifreeze does funky things to bearing surfaces.

I know too much foreign stuff; I've owned American too and they lasted just as long.
