Man it took me a while to figure it out as well. the pcs can't be over 100kb in size so ya got to shrink 'em.
Read this: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s....php3?t=108122 then save them as a jpeg (save as...) then look at the bottom where the name of the file is and you will see where you can change the format, change it to a jpeg. Jpegs are alot less kb than bitmap (.bmp), so you can actually post a bigger pic, sizewise, and not go over the 100kb If you can't figure it out I'm sure somebody else has another way
