Stereo pocket
I put an aftermarket stereo in my '93 Silverado. Where the head unit came out of the dash up by the heater control box I need the pocket that goes in to replace the unit. No one around my area carries them. I looked at a few places on line and either they are the ribbed type to hold CD's (I wanted the smooth type) or I can find them at a good price with anywhere from $10-15 shipping. Tha damn shipping is almost twice as much as the part. If anyone has one they want to sell, or knows of a place that they can hook a guy up I would appreciate it. TIA

Do you have a walmart They have them there. Rex also has them. Best buy i think.
I will look here and if i can get one new i will send one to you if you want.

WalMart don't have them. Best Buy in the next town doesn't either. It seems like the simplest thing always turns out to be a royal pain in the tookus. Most of the stuff I see on Ebay is just like a few of the other places I found online. They kill ya on shipping. I don't want to pay 3 times what it is worth. I'm not tight but I sure can't see spending $24 for an $8 items. And thats no exaggeration. 3 places I found wanted $14.95 for the pocket and $7.95 shipping and handling. Other places showed them for a Buick for $7.95 but did not show them for a truck. Or they were out of stock.

Got one on the way guys!!!! Bluestreak had one in one of the trucks he was parting out. WhooHoo!!! That's a couple of things that have went right for me lately. Bad luck has been running rampant the last few weeks.
