can sumbody tell me if this is a v8 or a 6 cyd 4x4 crossmember please

I can tell you it is not a x-member for a 292. I really don't know if he 250 and small block xmembers are the same or not.

6 and 8 cyl are the same...its the 6 cyl 292 one thats different on one side...that looks like the 250 six or V8 one to me.

dont think time is a problem. trying to get a handle on pricing at the moment. he is doing a frame off on a blazer. and it is the body shop at the moment. but every time he sees me he asks if i have come up with anything. he doesnt have a computer. just trying to help out a fellow truck nut.
