Has Anyone Ever Seen A 69-70 Grille With The Front Cross Bar Intact And A Billet Insert...? Kindof Like This Except 69-70..

Yes I have see the 69-70 with a billet grill sorry I don't have a pic but it was just a 71-72 billet grill cut to fit the 69-70 holes..

I've seen Putter's invention. I'll have to try it someday. 70_402.: I know I've seen that grill in a 69-70 before, I just can't remember where. I thought it looked awesome. Is it possible that the 67-68 insert will fit? They both have a similar sized "middle bar." You'd probably have to buy two of the top bars cause of the lower one being shorter.... someone has to make them.....

A Few years ago Golden State had catologs that had how-to's in them.One article was on installing a billet grill in a 71-72 front end.At the end of the article they showed a 69-70 grill with a billet insert.Said they just cut down a 71-72 insert to fit.
