Shoulder Belts (and middle)?

I'd like to add shoulder belts to my 72. Searched and found some good advice and good links to sites. I'll probably go aftermarket instead of S-10 or something like that. Any thoughts on ease of install? Which brands you would recommend?

Wondering if anyone makes a shoulder belt for the middle passanger? Frequently drive with my 6 & 4 year old daughters...would like shoulder belts for all positions in the truck. Thanks, D.

I've never seen shoulder belts for the middle passenger.

You can install 99-up silverado seats to get a 3 point in the seat itself. I have yet to see a shoulder strap in the middle front seat of a truck. If you want to save money, I installed 73-87 3 points in my truck. Bolted right in except for the "roll-up" part on the bottom. For that I drilled a hole and put a small steel plate under the area. Aftermarket belts can be real pricey. I think I saw some for $300??? I got mine for 20 bucks at a yard.

Julianos makes a nice kit for our trucks. I put them in my '72 cheyenne and love them. If you have a behind the seat tank, you have to drill a new hole in the cab floor to install the drivers' side belt. Everything else just bolts up. Here's the link http://www.julianos.com/how2_67chevy_truck.html Don't know about any middle shoulder belt options...where would the top part of the belt even mount?

Those look cool. Is it $89 for the pair, or do you have to buy two sets?

Hey Daubs, my 6 and almost 4 year old daughters love to ride in my truck. Unfortunately It would kill me gas wise to drive it as the primary vehicle. I put my 4 year old in a car seat with a 5 point harness in any vehicle that doesn't have shoulder belts where she would sit. My 6 year old rides in a booster seat in the middle. I'd prefer also for her to have a shoulder belt.

Don`t think there are any center shoulder belts.I`m sure something could be improvised using a harness-type belt w/two top points fastened either to cab back or down to floor.
