I have 3" drop springs, can I go with 2" drop spindles also?

I have 3" springs and I am running 255/55/18's all around. I have 4" drop springs in the back and would probably go with a 2" block also. Is this a good way to get to a 5/6 drop, I don't want to run bags. Anybody have any pics of this setup? Thanks, .....Jerry

hi there. heres a pic of my truck with 255/60/15 in front and 2.5' drop spindel + 2' drop springs. I also got 2' drop blocks for sale if yor interested. And BTW with this set up, my front tires rub my inner fender when theres a good size dip in the road. I wouldent go anny lower than that in the front.

1968GMC - I just ran my numbers through a tire diameter calculator and my tire combo (255/55/18) is a full 2 inches taller than your setup (255/60/15). If you're hitting the inner's now with a 4 1/2" drop, i'll probably be close to that with what I have now. Right now I am building the frame that I am going to switch over to. Once I set the cab/fenders on, i'll know more about what I can/can't do. Thanks guys.

Hey Pyro What tire size are you running? Thanks, ......Jerry
