4x4 Conversion

Ok I know im beating this to death but here i go anyways.Im going to convert my 2wd to a 4wd on my 69 longbed. From what it looks like for the front spring mount all i have to do is replace my core support mount with a 4wd mount and put the spring mount on the bottom side of that.Is this right? How would i go about locating the correct location for the rear spring shackle mount on the frame? Also any info on how to do crossover steering with a 10 bolt front end would be appreciated.Thanks.

Your going to have to treat it like a new straight axle convertion mount the front make sure the axle center line is ware you need it take a plum bob hang it from the center of the wheel well as a guid . if it is ware you want it mount the rear spring hanger if its not move the front shackle back our forward. For crossover steering check out ck5.com all you need their.
