Door question
The plate that is inside the body, where the door hinge bolts connect the to the body. Where can I find that piece and how do I keep it from moving? right now it is unstable and I believe that is why my doors, fenders, and hood does not align together.
I checked out LMC but nothing is there. Also, how do you get in there to replace it? Does the movement of this piece affect the outcome of the door, fenders aligning? Thanks |

They usually float around in there a bit. They sit in a pocket, once you tighten down the bolts that hold the hinge on that piece gets pulled towards the cab metal, if you tighten your bolts hard enough you shouldn't have a problem with it moving around.

It moves so you can adjust your doors --when you get them right you tighten them and they don't move.

You do need to be careful with them as to not strip them out as mine are and what a pain to replace..
