Question Battery Cables...

I was wondering, could I use the street wires 1/0 gauge power cable for battery cables? I thought it would look good with blue and silver battery cables. Just a thought and I wasnt sure if it would work or not. If any of you guys know, let me know. thanks in advance -Ben

Yes 1/0 makes really good cable but you will need to get some lugs from a welding supply ad get someone to crimp them on.

If their cables are like the welding cables, (made for low voltage, high amperage) where the cables are made with small strand copper wire then they should work ok.

We order 1/0 battery cables that are made up from our local parts store but ends are available if you have the necessary crimper.
