Wow this took some work....
I'm impressed! This took a lot of work to pull off. I would lover to see it up close to know how much was invloved to make this all come together.
Please don't turn this in to a slam session. Admire what is done despite the pink flames...

That is different, I would like to see some better pics...the shadows and the color of the vehicle make it hard to see what is really going on (other than the front end).
If everyones vehicle was the same, it would be a pretty boring world.

I would really like to see his transition between the late clip and the early doors. The 73-87 trucks have some pretty pronounced body lines, and I'll bet it was alot of work to pull it off. Not my kind of style, but I admire the work involved to make it happen.

i personally dont like it but as ^^ he said i would like to see at least a few steps on how he did the transition.

I bet it would look a lot better if he had the top off. I don't know if it's just the angle of the pic, but the fenders look really long. Otherwise, pretty cool and definitely different.

It's cool for what it is but the bodylines are a no go. Some custom metal work could eliminate that problem but as it sat, it's to abrupt of a change. The flat paint hides it well.

i dunno, you can see some of the fender -> door transition with the bright pink flames and it looks pretty good to me.. im not a fan of that front end but i think its pretty *****in... sure would like some more pics... at least its not an escalade or 88-98 front clip :-)

My question is, why??
Why does everyone think it's cool to stick a later model front end on these trucks? If I wanted a later model truck, I would just buy one. The square lines of these things are what is cool to me.

That thing looks mean, I wouldve went with the escalade front end, but thats just my taste. It defently took alot of time, skill, and effort.I would like to a see a truck like that, or suburban.
Everyone has a 73-87 front end, a few have a later model suburban front end, but how many people have a clip like that? |

the mid 74 and 75 tops have a bit of an overlapping section as the earlier ones are more prone to cracking.

The transition between the 2 fenders looked like hell. The transitions were all cracked and you could see the bondo from the backside of the panels. He also blew a bag when he was airing up the front.

I think that it looks pretty cool, mind you that it needs work to look good but it is an awsome start that'll be awsome, if he get is done right.
