Fuel Pump Swap

Since I had the correct metal line for the truck I decided to go ahead and swap out the fuel pump. Pretty straight forward. Hardest part was getting that rod to stay put but after about 8 big globs of grease I got it to stay in one place long enough to get the pump in. Truck runs a little smoother now than it did.

skokie, I did a write up in the FAQ on this...the small block has a hole in the front of the block that is tapped for a 3/8 bolt. You pull the short bolt out, install a longer one, and it holds the rod up for you. No cussing, no grease.
