Cab Supports?
Can someone tell me what these are called, are they cab supports?
How are they replaced?

Yes, those are the cab supports. There are two types of replacements, one slips over your bad ones, kind of like a band-aid. The other one you would remove your rusted one first ,then weld or bolt in place depending on your talent.

Yep, cab supports and they can be a real pain in the butt, depending on what kind of tools and facilities you have to work with. I opted to replace them with the cab still on the truck and mounted with a combination of bolts and my trusty little stick welder. But if you have a good MIG welder its much easier. My problem was burning thru the floor panels, thats why I decided to just drill thru the flanges and floor and inserted bolts while tack welding the areas I could mate together.

I like the idea of a bolt in replacement as I can do it, but I think the cab needs one corner replaced, and therefore will probably go to a shop.
