drip rails

not looking to remove them, just replace the "putty". anyone ever done it? what "putty do i use?

couldn't you just run a clear bead of silicone around it in a caulking gun?

You could, it would look like crap within a week as it discolors. You also cannot paint over silicone.

I used 3M seam sealer very carefully on Screamin' and it came out great, was paintable and easy to put on.

It comes in a cheez-wiz can and goes along way.
