where can i buy a new cab?
i have a 71 s.b. fleetside. i had an estimate to replace cab supports, mounts, corners, rockers etc.... $1,500-$2000 he said it would be as cheap to put on a new cab. any suggestions where i can get one and how much? i'm from indiana, thanks

Well finding a new one will be next to impossible. You can find a nice original or a restored cab. Contact Zoomy, he has (last I heard) a VERY nice 71 or 72 cab that has been restored for quite a bit less than the $1500 - $2000 you are looking at to restore yours.

There is a company called US Body or similar that makes fiberglass cabs. They are expensive and will really take alot of work to fit all of the stock components into them.

Where in Indiana are you? Agree Zoomy had a great deal on a cab done. If you need anything else driver quality can look thru what I go left over...

thanks for all the quick response guys! i live in bedford indiana, that's about 72 miles south from indy. i'd like to do the work myself, but lack time/knowledge and $ for that matter! thanks a bunch!
