Column to floor conversion,which shifter?

Hi, Yep, I'm new. I'm sure its an old topic, but I'm not sure how to find it. The tree is dead, I need some advice on a 3spd floor shifter. Quality, ease of installation, price? Thanks in advance, Bryan

Are you totally opposed to keeping it on the column? I think there may be an FAQ on how to adjust the linkages.

Lokar makes some pretty cool shifters.

floor shifter

Hey, I used a Hurst Indy 3 speed floor shifter for trucks. Got it on ebay, real good deal. Just make sure whatever you use is for trucks (car shifters are shorter and awkward to shift) the one I replaced was one from a car and you had to stretch to shift and with the seat up the shifter hit the seat in 1st and 3rd. They are easy to install, just follow inst. Good luck. Larry
