About to buy 14 trucks

Me and my business partner found a guy out by us that has about 12-15 trucks that he is going to sell us. Quite a few of them are short fleetside trucks, some long fleet, and some short and long stepside trucks. Some are factory A/C, and some have other factory options, some are 327, some are 283 and ther others are 6 bangers. Some auto, some standard etc etc.

What would be a good price to buy all of these ? Some are absolutely complete trucks that look like they were new then parked for many years, and a few are missing some pieces here and there. He started with $9K for all them and other parts. We're bargaining now to get the price down a little, then I think we are going to buy them all and part them out and maybe keep a few good ones for future build projects. So, what's a good price ?

I payed 150$ for the first 61 I bought with a title. The 3 non title parts trucks I have gotten for free or a case of beer. 2 of the trucks could have been made to run for under 100$. It all depends on the area and how much you can turn them around for.

I saw trucks at the pate swap meet a couple of weeks ago that were priced 1500 and up.
the 1500 ones were trash with little good parts, although little rust since most were from Texas.
running ones 3k and up. depending on the rust I would do a deal like that pretty dang quick here in Texas. But if they are rusted would have to look hard at it.

Wow, we got him talked to $5K so far, for all of the trucks and tons of extra parts. Making good progress

I'm interested in side moldings for short bed. Both front fenders & hood no rust, bondo,
or dents, just need painting. Also front chrome bumper & grill all in great shape. Also other items. Let me know when you gets things sorted out. I'm in south west Louisiana
& will travel.
Thanks for keeping me in mind.

Austin,

I'd be interested in some parts when you get them. I have to ask, though, what is the name of your business partner? It's not Baker is it?

I would be interested in the grill support brackets that fit to the grill support
panel. If you are thinking about parting any of these trucks out. Please let me know. Thanks for any response.

HI

I'd be interested in some parts when you get them like one of the 327's.
