It might be me, but his pictures look out of proportion. Like the burb is taller than it really is, you know kinda "funhouse" style?........................Jerry

That rear hatch is pretty cool. I had to stare at it for a few minutes. If it had different wheels on it, I'd drive it.

I have to say I really like it...with 2 changes:

1. The back glass does make it look disproportionally tall, barn doors or stock hatch/liftgate for me.

2. Caddy tailights belong on ... well ... a friggin Caddy, but at least they didn't use something off a Colorado or Avalanche

Kudos to the builder for mixing old in new in a way that does not detract from the original (exceptions noted above). GM, you could build this too

I think it's a great idea. The only thing I don't like is the fitment of the dash. If you look at the upper part of the door jamb (pass. side), it looks pretty rough.

I love it. I'd buy it if I had the money, but I do agree the back glass has to go. Looking at the shot of just the rear, my first thought was "hearse." Also, a 4x4 should have real front and rear bumpers. Roll pans belong on 2wds. Like I said, I would definately buy it, lots of awesome ideas and still easy to work on! I do like the caddy lights in it....flame on

This was at the pate swapmeet a few weeks ago. It was pretty nice. There are a few things that could be fine tuned. But other than that it was a pretty nice ride

I could do without the late model dash, wheel, and taillights. everything else is pretty cool...i'd drive it

I like the late model dash and interior. I'd change the tires to bigger ones, stock back doors and tailights, and stock bumpers, so I guess stock body, late model interior and drivetrain

Maybe I'm weird, But I dont like one thing about it and deffinately wouldnt pay 14,000 for it. To "New" for me and I dont like the paint. Props to whoever put the work into it. That much time cant be ignored.

I thought the same thing, put the original lights back on, and some American Racing Torque Thrusts and it would be much cooler, still sweet though!!
