New to the board

Just wanted to say whats up. I have been hanging around for about 6 or 7 months reading all the posts, there is alot of great information being passed back and forth. My current project is a 71 Blazer. It has a 350/350/205, carb, manifold your basic stuff done to the motor. I installed a Skyjacker 6" lift and stuffed some Weld wheels and Toyo open country m/t 35/13.50/15 on it. I know all you guys want to see pictures, I cant agree with you more, I am going to try to put two on here, I hope they work.

Thanks, Mel

Welcome. When you make a post, use the Manage Attachment's icon. That will allow you to upload your pics to the post. They must be below a certain size though.

Welcome from beautiful N. Cali! Now show us some pics, please. I'm doing a six inch lift with 35s also. What size rims do you have, 15x?

Thanks for the welcome everyone. Special thanks to Yukon Jack about how to send the pictures, I never looked at the bottom of the page, I was trying to attach inmage at the top, oh well hope these work.

It says my pictures are to large, I will try to shrink them again. Not real efficient at this computer game.

Nice looking rig! Especially like the lift/tire/wheel combo. What width wheels? Offset? Is the lift all springs? Looks like it sits pretty level, did you need to do anything special to get it to sit like that?

Hey 71jimmy,

The wheels are 15X10, I am not sure what the offset is.

The lift is all spring but I added a 2" block in the back, it was sitting way to low in the back for me, I might take that out and put a 1" block, I dont know how much the ass end will gp up when I take the top off.
