A guy told me in the mid 80's he had bought a 71, I think, "Leaf Spring" truck and in a box laying in the bed were a new unused pair of tubular trailing arms. The seller hadn't said anything about them/he didn't know why they were left in the truck especially when it had a leaf suspension. (He still has them and won't sell!) Are these still available?? From who/where? Thanks in advance. -Steve

Just a thought, They make a tubular arm for leaf springs as traction control. Dont know if this might have been what was in the bed of the leaf spring truck.

NO -Tubular "Trailing Arms" is what he has.

The tubular trailing arms are on all NASCAR rear suspensions. They have serated plates on them for shock and panhard bar quick adjustments.

I never saw them but Bill Turner claimed to Make them at one time. I would not recommend dealing with him. Check the crossmember post, most of us have had bad experiences.

red beard, those are stock trailing arms, we want tubular.

The first two links RedBeard gave seem to be tubular..........Square tubing.

Are you looking specifically for round? Have you thought about making them yourself? or having them made for you? The price on those seems pretty stiff for something rather simple.
