My engine won't turn.
I have a 60 El Camino with a 283. I got the car with a rebuilt motor that never was completed, and they never fired it up. When I brought the car home I was able to turn it by hand, but only a little. I couldn't do it no more. I figure I am going to have to take the engine out and disassemble it. Anyone have any ideas. Thanks...jc

Pull the plugs & pour in some Marvel Mystery Oil or equivalent, let sit overnite, rock engine back & fro w/car in gear(std) or socket/bar on balancer, pipe wrench on lower pulley whatever you gotta do. Brian
