Dana 60 question

I have a 1987 chevy dana 60 front end w/ 4.10 gears and open. I found a guy who has a trac loc and 4.10 gears out of a chevy rear end. I know the rear trac loc is 30 spline and my front is 35 spline. Does anyone know if I can use this in my front with different spider gears? And will the spider gears out of my open carrier work in the trac loc? Thank's in advance Jason

Hey everyone, I just thought I'd share what I learned on this subject. In my case with the Trac Loc I called reider racing and one of their tech guys had the answer. With the trac loc I can order a rebuild kit with proper spider gears to make it a 35 spline for $145 (which is what I'm doing) or you can get just the spiders for $60. Thank's for the input Jason
