Lift and Tires

Finally got the ralley wheels repainted and finished and the 35/12.50x15s installed. Thanks to the guys at the motor and tranny forum I also got the new valve seals installed. It should be time to enjoy.

Not bad paint either for being 26 years old.

I am running 5 inches of lift. I wanted just enough that the 35" tires would fit well and look decent. Wheels are of course 8" wide. Axle ratio is 3.40 with a 4 speed. It's a little tall in the gears but works well for how and where I drive it. It was special ordered and has the NP205 and factory manual hubs.

The color is "Dark Carmine" both inside and out. (that gets to be a lot of red)

There are a few other pics under "Bring on the GMCs"
