Small Block Parts

Hi all,

I have made a radical decision, I am going to convert my truck to a Cummins 4BTA motor. Because of this I have some very lightly used small block parts that I see no need to keep around.

off the shelf (local parts store) 70 Chevy Truck quadrajet Carb. Has about 20 hours max run time on it, - SOLD

HEI with cap and rotor, same story as the carb (although cap is used). I got a brand new HEI and never really used it. $45 plus the ride.

Power stearing bracket, resevour and pully $50 plus the ride.

200-4R tranny with universal bolt pattern (Chevy and pontiac) - SOLD

Pretty much brand new (5000 miles) 3 core radiator - SOLD

heat stove and hose - $25 plus ride

Original Air cleaner setup - $30 plus ride

Ask about other engine stuff.....

I am in eastern NC, right off I-95 if you are thinking of picking up things.

Thanks for looking,

Orlando

What would you think shipping on the carb to 76036 would be?

Shipping

jtminton,

I use Fed Ex ground, they are reasonable and good shippers. I am guessing 15-20 max to ship. Let me know.

Let me think on it. If anybody else wants it and has the cash, let them have it, don't hold it for me or anything.

I'm interested in the carb if you'll ship to Canada. (USPS very much preferred though)

Canada?

Ron,

What would shipping to Canada run you, its sounds like it would be very cost prohibitive? Tell me what I need from your address to estimate the shipping.

Interested in the distributor. What brand? And will you ship it? Is it geared for a cam? Lots of questions. PM me please.

OK,

Well, by the time I ended up getting home it was dark and I was just lazy about looking at stuff. To anyone I owe pictures or anything, sorry, I will get you the stuff tomorrow. Let me see if I can answer any questions.

The trans - Pulled from a Caddy, worked when pulled, but we are talking a non rebuilt Caddy tranny, I am just not sure how long it is going to last for you in a truck.

The Hei- It is a stock HEI replacement from NAPA, so I guess it is a NAPA brand? There is nothing special about it, just a stock HEI, when I bought it, I told them it was for an 80 Z-28 (since they always want a year and make/model, stupid stores).

The carb- I am almost sure it is electric, since I bought it as a stock replacement for the '70, which is not a manual choke, I will check for sure tomorrow.

RonH - I will have a quote for you in the AM sir.

Thanks,

Orlando

Heat thingy

Paul,

It is a metal ring that sits between the carb and air cleaner that has a hose that runs to the oil breather on the passenger side valve cover if I remember right.
