damn why??
i just thought id show you folks a pic of my poor truck torn apart im my driveway, my came went bad on me or the gear on the back did anyway so im swaping over to solid lifter and thanks to bigjimzz we decided to go with an xs274 cam. i just need to get it done for the carshow next weekend!!!

You arent planning on going to Metalfest are you ?
That must suck to have to tear apart you fairly fresh motor. I am trying super hard to get the 67 running to go out to that show this weekend. Still need exhaust and a few other odds and ends. Like the window Mostlikley not going to make it I am sure somthing is going to screw me over. Where in New york are you ?

im on long island actually all the way on the end in montalk/east hampton but the carshow i wanna go to isd for my car clubs just like maybe 150 cars but its fun we cruise after the show and tear through town (: -kyle

i used to live in riverhead,i miss the striped bass fishing out at the lighthouse but that's all i miss about long island

hey special70gmc first off
sweet ride - i see that you got your msd 6a on the firewall where the heater hoses goes did you shave off the box or is that stock i got a 70 gmc which im thinking of taking out the heater assy and sheetmetal the hole back up and put my msd in that spot as well im using the 6 al which i need for the blower im running plus how much room was there for the high rise 2x4 set up to the back of the fire wall couple of inches ? anyway hope you get your running soon im shooting to get mine going by august thanks 70blowngmc

i just welded the holes shut and a tight coat of filler and bolted the box up well there was quite a bit of room for the 2x4's but i just z'ed the framew to get more drop and now i have to remove the top of the intake to get the dizzy in/out but there should be room if you put the engine in the v-8 position thanks -kyle
