Steering colum
My steering wheel seems to be sticking. So I took it apart and there is a bearing in there that is bad and causing the steering wheel to stick a little bit. I called the local parts houses and they have no clue what the bearing is called and have no listing for it. What is this bearing called? It is not in the gear box but in the actual colum just behind the blinker and hazard peice.
thx

It's the upper column bearing and the GM part number is 5679205. I think it's still available from GM.............oh, the bottom bearing is part #3981935.......you can also buy it from the site listed below.......
