I got my tilt off of e-Bay. Mine came from a guy who rebuilds the tilts and puts them on e-Bay. It's just like new. These usually go for a little over $200.00 rebuilt. Lots of new parts and cruse and delay. He even sends instructions with tilt.

I've seen his auctions. Mine doesn't need to be rebuilt and is alot cheaper. Absolutely no play in this one.
