I'm reinstalling the intake, header and valve cover after removing to replace leaky gaskets. Of course the last nut on the intake stud is being a PITA. I gave up last night and figured I'd go back at it tonite. Hopefully I'll get it together tonite. On a side note, I had to unbolt the front half of the header from the exhaust to get the old gasket off, so I'm leaving it unbolted from the exhaust just to laugh at what a hot rodded inline 6 sounds like through open exhaust. (I'm sure the neighbors will love me!)

Been busier all week while on vacation than when i have to that JOB thing. So tomorrow afternoon will be doing the graduation party thing for the oldest daughter who gradiated from college back into the house! Until she can get on her feet. Don't have firm plans for the rest of the weekend. But who needs plans. Hope everyone has a restful and safe holiday!

Burb Pilgrimage

Roadtrip to Glen Burnie MD to check out a '68 Burb to buy. Wish me and my 2 boys luck, and be ready to answer all my Burb questions when I get back since I am a 'Burban Virgin. Take care and have an honorable Memorial Day. Msgt. Mike Todd (USAF) aka Hot Rod
