how rare is it to have a/c in a 72 4 wheel drive blazer?

i think most of the 72s had it i dont have the production no#s but i think more had it than the ones without it

ok thanks. i just went and looked at a blazer for 800 dollars and it had the holes but was stripped of the a/c parts.

my 72 doesn't, and I have never seen in person one with ac either.

Every Blazer I have seen / owned had factory AC. Then again I am born and raised in FLorida.

I don't think it's that rare to have the a/c. What is rare these days is to have it actually working with all the pieces still intact.

No more rare than in a Pickup.Mostly found in CSTs.

Mostly but CST did not mean A/C ... I have a 71 CST w/ not AC vent holes

see.... VT blazer has had a CST w/ non ac too.... think THAT's rare though?!?!? How else can i prove my CST is a cst and not just a blazer w/ cst badge? Keeping in mind its been re-painted and the inter. is most likely not orig.

Medicanman71,To answer your questio:stainless on weatherstrip,Chrome wing-vent etc,Scroll seats/Door Panels,Chrome Bumpers,Carpet,Tail light mouldind/Tailgate upper trim to name a few.I have a`70CST w/o A/C,but,dealer-installed.
