1979 Stepside, No Rear Marker Lights ?
Hey Guyz,
I recently bought a 1979 Stepside and have a question ? On the rear fenders I noticed I don't have rear marker lights, is this the case or was an older bed mounted on this truck ? If anyone knows, let me know, thanks....... P.S. How the hell do I post apicture ? lol..... |

Call me crazy, but I dunno if those steppers even had marker lights out back... I could be wrong, and they may have been shaved, but yeah.
As far as identifying the bed, we'd need the see it, so here is a post that goes through posting pictures for you! http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s....php3?t=126150

yeah us111 is right. After 79, the tail lights have the side marker built in. Before that, they are regular trailor lights. Here's my 80. Sorry I don't have one of the lights. The tail lights are basic trailor lights, but they have side marker lights on the side of them.
