hello thanks for your interest. time will not allow me to meet you in NY. i am however very easy to get to. im one mile from exit 6 of the nj tpk. im a body repairman with 25+ years exp. i know sheetmetal and this is a nice gate. it will need to be painted. it has just a couple small dings and is a solid gate. thanks. tom 215 785 4396 tommr@webtv.net

also i dont have pics. the glass is in the up position now. to open the gate i have to get crawl to the back and power the window down. the day i do that someone else walks with the gate. the glass being up is the reason it is still there. im able to feel these bottom lips without looking. there is no bulge in the lip that would indicate the box structure is disintegrating. if you want the gate i would get it open and check the lip with the gate down. if there were any problems then i would get hold of you before i yanked it. i dont anticipate any problems though. i would never have anyone drive a distance to be disappointed in an inaccurately descrbed item. thanks. tom
