69 GMC has gotta GO!!!! Parts or whole

I'm going down to Iowa for a new job and need this out of my garage ASAP.

Here's the details:

69 GMC lwb, 2wd, 283, 4sp. Complete, less box and fenders. Rust free doors, nice black door panels, good grill, under bed spare carrier. It has 5 rally wheels also, but 67_C-30 has first dibs (pics coming soon!).

Let me know what you need - help me get rid of this. Whatever is left in a month will be going to scrap.

Paul

Oops! sorry about that - it's a 283. No f*rd engines here!

luis duran - don't want to ship the doors, but I'll be in Waterloo, IA, possible to meet?

71-longbed - pm sent

special-K - Cab needs outer rockers, but the PO put expand-a-foam around the side vents (rust around the vents). Would be a good donor cab - corners are good, all glass is good, uncut dash, solid roof, etc. The grille is nice. There are a couple of small imperfections, I'll get pics up soon.

68 C-15 - you got the turn signals, and behind special-K for the grille.

Grille pics

The center bar on the drivers side has a slight 'tweak'. Not sure if it'll show up in the pics....

Put me in line for the doors- After luis duran. When are you going to be in Waterloo? I can possibly meet there as well.

I don't need/ want the door panels either, so if you can sell them off, go ahead.

Are you willing to take parts off the engine?
If so I need a two-groove crank pulley. The one I have has NO space between the pulley and the harmonic balancer.

Put me in line for the doors complete if they fit a 1/2 ton. I could pick up depending on how far you are from Chicago. Will the fender fit a 72? I could probably even meet you in Waterloo. PM me when you get a chance and let me know.

Paul- I'll take the 71 doors...( I am assuming they are the maroon ones?) I actually NEED four doors ( see avatar) , but I don't think the budget will allow that purchase just yet. LMK- I don't think I can make Waterloo this weekend or next. I will let you know for sure Friday.
Thanks-

FYI -

I just met a guy locally that has a nice '72 lwb with 4 more in his yard. He's coming over to look at the GMC on Thursday, and will probably buy what is left. Let me know soon if there is anything you're interested in, because more than likely it will all be gone on Thursday.

71-Longbed still want the panels?
Cowboy - got you down for the spare carrier
Louis duran - possible to meet on the doors?
Dick dale - you're behind louis on the doors, and down for the fender
Todd - pm'd you on the grill and signals.
Too Much - you're behind 67_c-30 on the wheels

Thanks!

Paul

Paul- Does this mean that he is looking at the doors as well? If you get a chance to move them to a local guy, I can't blame you. I always go with the guy who has cash in front of me..

Just let me know if you still have them after he stops by.

Thanks-

No - doors will not got with the truck. I have 2 sets - I've got you down for the green 71 doors, and either louis duran or dick dale for the maroon 69 doors.

If I end up with a set of doors after the truck is gone, so be it. Doors are always good to have on hand.

No worries

Paul
