has anyone used one of the clear/see through distributor caps, do they last

Ive never used one, seems kinda pointless to me. My friends get all carried away with that stuff, they stay clear for about 6 months.

Iv'e seen a few on T-buckets and other open hood coupe's where you can see the sparks inside them and it looks kool!
If it's for your truck you arnt gonna see it so whats the point But other than that i would spend my money on a (Blue Streak from Standard) it has brass/bronz fittings and very high quality resin cap. Autozone carries them. |

Autozone also carries Conrad red caps with the brass fittings. Might want to have a clear cap and put it on show days only and use a reg cap for driving around town.
