Production Numbers for '72 C-20 4x4

Hi: I recently acquired a '72 Chevy pickup, C-20 Cheyenne, 3/4 ton long wide box with factory 4 wheel drive. I have not seen many of these around and was wondering how many they manufactured. Anyone know?

Thanks

Lee

Don`t know, would like to.A little tip though, get used to calling it a K/20.That`s what a 4wd is.What model(trim/emblems)is it and what options do you have? Can you get us some pictures here?I never used to see other ones. But,they`ve been coming out of the woodwork. They are rather rare, though.

Does anyone know how many of each of the models of '72 K20's were produced?....For example # of cheyenne supers or # of customs. I have a '72 k20 w/ the Cheyenne Super package and was wondering how rare or not rare that would be....John

I'll get some pictures up when I get it done. It is a Cheyenne, red/orange, C-20 emblem with the 350 emblem also.

The C/20 emblem is not a 71/72 item. The base trucks had Custom/20 emblems.Your emblems are 69/70.Also,where is the 8-350 emblem? In 69/70 they were under the model badge(C/10).In 71/72 they were under front side marker. This will help you determine whether the fenders were changed or just the badges(emblems).Don`t we get a "before" shot?Your truck should have a Cheyenne badge, anyway.
