ok, before the internet shuts down on me again, let's try this again....This is what you need to do, with the coil cleaner, mix 40%water and 60% c.c. into a clean spray bottle USE ONLY THE PINK NOT THE YELLOW!! When you spray the wheels start scrubbing, (best to have a breather mask and eye protection on) generally you will have about 30 seconds to scrub the wheels and hose them off. The problem with this acid is that it creates tiny pitting in the chrome/aluminum if it sits to long. After you have throughly rinsed out the wheels and dryed them apply a coat of (my preference) mothers metal polish by hand very well to the surface. that is the proper way to use the c.c. as a degreaser, it works very well around our shop...

you can use a wheel brush, you do not need anything harsh as the cleaner does most of the work, all you want to do is to help it along in the process. A cotton rag works good or a soft wheel brush.

Mother's Aluminum and Mag wheel cleaner
Works really good on aluminum wheels, rub it on till it turns black.
Then rub it off with clean cloth.
